Sports

Sport therapy treats the athlete to improve performance and prevent
injuries. It consists of a series of maneuvers that are carried out as a method of tissue preparation before, during and after sports practice.

This specific type of Therapy works by activating the circulation of fluids, accelerating the elimination of waste, toxins and other waste materials, as well as increasing oxygenation of the muscle (avoids the appearance of muscle spasms).

The moment in which the athlete is treated is very important as it favors concentration, introspection and the athlete's emotionality for the competition.

The athlete requires that his body be at its maximum to opt for the win in a sports activity, sports massage, is at this point very useful to achieve, apart from the therapeutic effect, the contribution of confidence and security that every athlete needs to win a test.

The Sport Therapy aims to:

Optimize muscle performance by stimulating it.
• Eliminate toxins.
• Keep muscles at their best elasticity.
• Achieve better oxygenation throughout the body.
• Mobilize the joint and tendon system.
• Eliminate unnecessary fat and excess weight.
• Prevent injuries.

The pressure we apply with our body and hands will always be taken into account:
The higher the pressure, the greater the performance in deep levels of the musculature. The lower the pressure, the greater the impact on the surface levels of the musculature.

BE IN SHAPE
This is the concern of every athlete. However, the good form of a runner is not identical to that of a
swimmer or a footballer. Certain physical qualities are required for each sport, although some of these qualities are common to all athletes.

Physically preparing a specific athlete is one thing and
trying to prepare all of them using a specific scheme is another; and this other thing leads to failure.
From this follows the first rule of physical preparation:

"Physical preparation is a function of each Athlete and each Sport."

... and from this we must take into account that:
The Master line to focus on a Sports Therapy is to take into account that it should be in relation to
each Athlete and the specific Sport that they practice ”.
And this does not mean that there are general rules for all of them
.

"A sports massage is capable of toning the body for 2 or 3 days."
